    No Logitech wheel for 360?

Why is this? I Who's blocking this? I would guess microsoft since only one company makes one for their games. It sucks but has anyone got some insight on using Madcatz on 360?

I do not believe anyone is blocking logitech from putting out a wheel compatible with Xbox 360. I think additional hardware is required for functionality with the xbox (wireless connectivity and a different form of FFB) and logitech simply chooses not to build a wheel with those functions. I have heard bad opinions on the Madcatz wheels. I suggest not going that route. You can get a Microsoft wheel on the cheap (~$50 or so used) and it's really not a bad wheel. The only other option is a fanatec gt2 wheel, which is much better but also more expensive (~$300 for wheel and pedals).

From what i remember reading, it's mostly about the licensing fees that MS and Logitech cannot agree upon. Also, any current Logitech wheel is not compatible with the 360 due to what the poster above mentioned. Firmware and software changes won't work, so they would need to develop an entirely new wheel.

Since the Microsoft wheel is out of production now hopefully Logitech and MS will work out something as I really want one wheel for every console and PC. Once again the consumer is left wanting.
