I'm almost sold on the xbox version...but did EA take out that nasty grain filter from last year's game, that nearly ruined it for me.

Nope still there but not as bad as last year. Thunder 04 on the XBOX looks a lot better than the PS2 version and runs much smoother too.

Personally, I got the PS2 and PC versions because I can control it much better with a Logitech Momo Force and a TSW Formula than I can the S-Controller or the multitude of crappy XBox wheels. Graphics can only take me so far with a game...if I hate the control, I won't play it for more than 10 minutes.Comment

I've been having a blast with PS2 version online.
It's alot of fun and graphics are just fine.
And I've really gotten used to using the dual shock controller for driving and I like it. Only do short races though.Comment
