Yep, that's why they're called Aliens.

Anytime you see guys with 4000 iRating in a race, prepare to be schooled--setup be damned.

I already knew Nick would show us how it's done, but then he brought his buddies and they all just checked out. It was mighty impressive, as I couldn't figure out how to turn those times and save the tires at the same time.

Has anyone got a setup for Vegas there isn't any in the setup menu? If not could I suggest Texas or Chicagoland.

We do have one for Vegas that Manny has been using, and said he really likes a lot. I raced Vegas today with just the baseline set-up and really felt good, but we will give Manny's a shot, since he speaks so highly of it.

Sounds good. I just finished doing one at Indy with the new Nationwide car pretty fun.

Well here's the deal... The setup is incredibly loose in the first half of the run and gradually gets tighter. The problem is that I sometimes lose it in the first few laps because of how loose it is. It's a handful but it closes out the run very nicely.

We can also go with the Chicagoland set that is tight from the get go and only gets tighter.

Loose is fine with me. Hate the advance sets to tight for my taste. Would you mind posting it so we can do some practice with it before Friday?

tight sets prove who knows how to race a car, loose sets just suck for racing since there will be more yellows, which means we never get a chance to have the thing tighten up.

Nick, anyway you can suggest a setup for LV this weekend? Like I said, the one I have is probably too darn loose for us rookies.

I will have Kenny build a stable one, and get him to post it here, if he can.

We practiced at Vegas last night for about an hour, and the room leader was kind enough to share his set-up. It allowed for stable consistent laps of 31.5 to 32.00

I was going to use this tonight, assuming we have enough drivers to race. I really do not want to do an open room, because thats when the idiots flow in. So hopefully we can grab at least 10 guys from here( and friends) and have a good solid room tonight.
