I think I might have one more driver from our team showing up tonight if that is fine with everyone. We are just looking for good racing, last week was great having such a clean race.

I have at least 1 more also....And I agree, it doesn't matter where I end up, I was just happy that people raced clean, and had a good time. I will try to talk a little more this week, had a rough, sore throat last week.

I know someone had mentioned doing multiple races a night. Any thoughts on splitting the current race distance in two and running two shorter races? Easy for me to say as I'm not the one paying for it, just trying to spice things up a little.

maybe once the new build comes out we can run 1 race, and then invert the 2nd based on the finish order

That was a blast tonight! Thanks for participating, everyone. If you know of any other guys that would like to join us, simply invite them. We will try to do a better job getting solid set-up ahead of time so that everyone can practice.

James, you were faster than me in the beginning of the run but my car kept steady. I was nervous passing you but it was fun as all heck.

I'm open to do whatever you guys decide on. I'm just looking forward to Friday's at the track.

I'm not sure I'm going to be home next Friday (50/50 at this point, won't know until Friday day probably), so don't make decisions based on me. I also won't be buying Iowa, so I'll be out for that race no matter what.

Yeah the first run we had, I was conserving my tires and running it in the middle line (hated running it low with the bumps, I felt like I was going to lose it a lot.) However when we did the last restart, I decided to go all out and run as hard as I could. I was fast too, however I saved nothing for my tires and it showed. Really enjoyed that aspect of the new tire model. I usually run pretty conservative, however for some reason I wanted to run all out. It's cool to see that the NTM works. That was some of the best racing I have done in a long time. I appreciate it fellas.

Ok...Well I have a couple more guys for next Friday from iRacing that will be joing us. My goal is to get about 20 guys each Friday...but it is imperative that each person who joins us will be respectful and race as clean as possible. I do not expect anyone to be perfect, but act mature and respect each and every driver.

It seems like we have that with the 10-12 guys that have been racing with us, and I think thats why I enjoy doing it so much.

Thanks again to all that participated, and I will have the new thread up for next week by Monday or Tuesday. If you have any ideas for venues, just throw it out in here.

I would like to vote for some Indy with the NW B car.

I promise to never show up and turn 10 laps, then try to race again.

If I'm late, I'm just going to stay out, because that was an embarrassing display of car control.

Scratch this, I just moved my computer and wheel from my house to the house I'm staying at this week so I'll be there Friday no matter what happens.
