I have the PS3 version but according to folks that have both the 360 looks better. The gameplay and features are pretty much the same. However, I like the fact that I can use my G27 wheel on the PS3.

Might want to wait on "the patch". Wheel support is shoddy at best. Using a Fanatec CSR Elite, if I set the clutch to the pedal, the car won't move (the gas pedal engages the clutch, known bug that you have to work around by assigning the clutch to a button).

Not to mention the settings themselves seem to fluctuate wildly from track to track. Wheels can work well overall, but it will take a LOT of work to make them consistent. The patch supposedly addresses a lot of that, so you may want to wait another week and re-address the issue then when the different versions are played by people at that point.

No problem. They CAN be dialed out, but it's so frustrating to have it feel good on one track, and have to mess with the steering ratio from track to track unless you want to go into your wheel settings constantly and change stuff. It's not a big deal on the Fanatec CSR, because I can change it all from the wheel face mid-race, but with a G27 you'd probably have a lot of frustration with the twitchiness in the wheel.

I watched some of EUTX's "Race for the Chase" videos, and all of the guys were racing with controllers, which explains a lot...
