The best one for the money is the Logitech MOMO(red one).. should run you about 100-110.Rent this space. -

Maybe I'll just stick to my current flight wheel thing. even though its old and crappy.
Now that I think of it, i think my girlfriends dad has a wheel that he doesnt use, maybe i can get that from him....cant remember if it has a wheel though, but im sure its a good one because hes never stingy when it comes to electrionic goodies.

I got the Logitech Formula GP for around 65 I think...this was a year ago or so...the MOMO's a lot better, but this one has force feedback and wasn't too shabby. Im ordering the Logitech MOMO, for $78....a tad more than I wanted to spend...but i read some reviews on this wheel and fell in love with it...cant wait to get it and my game....i feel like a 12 year old girl on the eve of her 13th birthday.
