    OSFC-Bristol Thunder 500

I didnt fall asleep this time( I swear Doc) I blame the Daylight Savings and my driver wins. I shall test this theory again.

Bristol is next, which shouldnt be hard to stay up, plus last free weekend before tourney.

I'm gonna assume I'm at the top of the standings cause I'm awesome. 3/13 races in the book. Chase qualifying spots should be a lock now

Also, shouldnt we be testing Dale Jr for PEDs. This is not normal, his results.

Once again, if you have any questions, feel free to post here. Cause I'm sure I forgot something

I'm gonna borrow this from Mike,

Pick the amount of cars based on the place you are picking, if you pick 2nd pick 2 cars, 5th 5 cars, and so on.

Place the driver who you want the most at the top, 2nd most 2nd, and so on until you fill the list based on how many you need.

As I gather the list I will mark off cars from your list that have been taken. I will then take the driver who is highest on your list, that is left.

Please send me a PM with your picks. We are all members here at OS, and it's much easier to deal with it all in one place.

If I mess up, please let me know ASAP.

Please don't submit your picks on this thread, unless you want everyone in front of you to know who you really want.

Finally, don't forget to have fun

This week I curse Matt Kenseth to be my driver.
I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Piece of trivia. Name the only 3 drivers to start the season with 3 top 2 finishes? 2 of these guys went on to win the championship the year they did it.

I'll start with Richard Petty. And now Dale Jr this year. Trying to think of third one.

Edit: I'll just throw a name out and say it was Jimmie Johnson during one of his Championship years.

Pretty sure there was more than 3 cause ESPN had a graphic saying it was more than 3. Dale Jarrett was name I remembered seeing.

Haven't been around for this for a few years. Where are the standings or are you just basing it off last weeks win and previous standings position.

They are Richard Petty, Dale Jarret, and Dale Earnhardt Jr

I think you have this slightly wrong. It was 3, then Jr made it 4 this year.

Petty in '69 and '74 (had 4 straight in '74), Jarrett in '96, and JJ in '06.
