NASCAR the game inside line (2012) or nascar15?

Which one should I buy? I'm looking for the one with best gameplay in offline career mode. Also the one with the least bugs. Thanks for the help.

Both ps3 and xbox 360 but I would prefer to be on xbox 360.

IMO - and my opinion only. I have played every game released in this series and I would go with 15. The AI is slightly better, and they have more of an understanding of multiple grooves, and you get update roster and schemes - all for $20.

are the bugs everyone talks about in 14 were they in nascar the game inside line? Were they bugs in career mode?

I have personally not run into anything in '15 so far, but I am playing on the PC - I also have been a bit more forgiving on the series than others, but that doesn't mean that issues aren't present, I just haven't had to deal with any so far. I am enjoying '15 for what it is, and as long as you understand there may be some issues, I am sure you can also.

I concur with BnG. Like he said, the AI is slightly more intelligent in '15 plus you get updated paint schemes, schedule, and rules. Another plus in '15 (and 14) is the ability to adjust AI difficulty in 5% increments since the difference between the old difficulty levels (easy/medium/hard/expert) in NTG:IL was sometimes so great that I'd struggle mightily at some tracks on hard but totally dominate the same track on medium. Career has been essentially the same across the entire series with the exception of removing the special events in 14 (I can't remember if they were present in Inside Line or just 11). There are a few minor bugs including some stuff with the pit stop animation and AI issues at Atlanta (AI cars tend to spin going into and out of the pits), but nothing that I would consider overly deleterious.

I've also never played online for either, but I have heard there is a mic issue with '15 though. However DMi did say they were going to patch it but no ETA on that as of yet.

In all honesty, keep your money in your pocket, wallet or your bank depending on how you roll. If there were a worthy game out there the OS racing crowd would be playing it. Cheers!

Honestly I would wait and see what the patch from DMi includes before purchasing anything. Just my opinion.
