    F1 2016 set ups?

Is there a thread or a webpage somewhere that lists suggested set ups for all of the tracks? I have no idea what to change or in what amount from the standard stock set ups. I know from playing 2014 there's a lot you can do to customize The set up to get a much better performance. Is there a listing of that somewhere somebody might be able to point me to? Thank you

F1carsetup.com or racedepartment.com are your best bet

If these are for career just be sure to either take suggestions from people posting career setups or if you have to take a time trial setup to review them carefully.

For example you can get a killer setup tweaking the suspension geometry to extremes but will result in your tyres being torn up in long distance races. The guide / descriptions in the setup screens do a good job at helping you understand each settings affects if any on the tyres and grip.
