- Make a thread for the race each week and include the order of the picks based on the previous weeks results.
- Keep track of everyone's picks throughout the week (through the thread or they will send you their picks to your Operation Sports Inbox)
- Update the thread with the picks. If someone misses their pick deadline, move them to the end of the pick selection.
That is basically it......
For the first race of season last year, I used an random list generator (https://www.random.org/lists/) and just put everyone's name in to determine the picking order.

If so, I'd be happy to assist you with any questions you might have or you can always look back at previous threads from the last couple of years to get an idea of the format. I had to do that last year when I took over for Mo.....Comment

With 13 people, we could do the top 2 unique points getters from each segment and then the 2 people with the most playoff points not in the top 2 as wildcards and that'd be a balanced Playoff gridComment

I can probably run it most weeks, but I'm afraid I'll get too busy other weeks and fail everyone. If anyone else wants to be commish or co-commish, speak up! I don't mind helping, but I'll feel terrible if I drop the ball.
