Those are the photo-mode graphics. While the in-game graphics will be good, they won't be this good.

Plus, if the game has the same brain-dead racing AI and lack of damage as the first three GT games, then you're paying $50 for a graphic designer's wet dream.

This game is a crossroads for the GT series. Either Polyphony does more than brush up the graphics, or this series is starting to turn down the same road of irrelevance as the Tomb Raider series.

Those won't be the in-game graphics. If they were, the framerate would be like 2.5 instead of 30 or 60. Graphics won't get that good til the next gen. Nice cut scene pics though.

Whats the point if the game is never released?

while they have taken quite a while to release the game (not quite sure how long) they are probably doing this to try and make the game best as possible because i'm pretty sure they want to release it as soon as possible. but what do you want them to do? The are in a tough situation because they have to make a great game with out many bugs so its gonna take a lot of time.

while they have taken quite a while to release the game (not quite sure how long) they are probably doing this to try and make the game best as possible because i'm pretty sure they want to release it as soon as possible. but what do you want them to do? The are in a tough situation because they have to make a great game with out many bugs so its gonna take a lot of time.

Then the company should fire whoever is in charge of PR, because they have been rereleasing offical release dates and a week or so ago claimed the game had gone Gold. Every game wants to put forth the best game w/ as few bugs as possible, but w/o a deadline of some kind, the game would never be released.

exactly! I don't care if a company takes 8 years to release a game, just looks really bad when they keep releasing dates that get pushed back, to go along with the "Oh, there won't be the online mode for the first release, we're gonna charge you another purchase for that in 5 or 6 months"
