Another game I don't have time to play but will probably buy.   I lived in Knoxville IA for a couple years in the 60's and the man who ran the track was a teacher and football coach at the high school.

Now I live in CoMO and used to go to the same gym as Carl Edwards.

I wasn't a Tony Stewart fan but this is exactly the kind of game I'll be attracted to.

Nice review but I disagree about the cautions. I have had cautions come out from time to time that I had nothing to do with. I did notice when I had my race length set at 25 percent that there were no flags but once I set my length to 50 they happened. For the price point I was not expecting much from this game but I have lived all my life in a town known for sprint car racing ( Port Royal PA) and picked this up because of that and I have found this game to be a very pleasant surprise. I am having a lot of fun with it.

That’s good to hear - I hope I see some, and glad others have. So far though - only cautions have been from my own doing - 20 plus hours playing the game

          Good fair review.

It’s a great game for me.

I’ve had cautions that weren’t to do with me though. A few.

Don’t regret purchase and I’m almost at the end of my first season in career mode

Monster Games didn't depart 704's Heat series.... They are still the developer.

They are gone - NASCAR Heat is all developed in house now down in Orlando - I just spoke with the site manager last week. Thankfully they found a new IP here though in collaboration with TS

Def a solid game that conjures up images of Dirt games in the past - really happy overall with it

After getting the game it would be beneficial to have a better explanation of how to set up the car

Wish the damage model and tire wear were more realistic and that the cars handled more like sprint cars instead of NASCAR trucks at Eldora.

But the game is fun as hell, and that's what truly matters.

I have not yet purchased the game, but intend to do so. Robert's reviews are always spot on and totally accurate. I love the layout of what you like, and what you don't like. I read Robert's reviews before any racing game purchase. Also kudos to the people who put their own thoughts about the game in this thread. I take from it it's a lot of fun, and for the money, you can't go wrong! Thanks everyone.

This game was something that I was wishing for about six months ago.  When I saw the preview last week I was like.
, a sprint car game is finally coming out.  I was able to first play it Saturday night.  Boy what treat.  Yeah it could be better in a few areas.  But the key is it is fun and the parts management is spot on.  I really enjoy it.  Getting ready to hit the track in about ten minutes.
