WRC 9 controller settings

i just bought WRC 9 for xbox one and find the driving with the controller impossible and i absolute hate it. what a waste of money. don't understand why they dont have a more arcade racing option for the more casual fan. i cant find any controller setting to make it more playable. anyone have any setting they recommend so i can at least semi enjoy this crap game

Did you happen to play WRC 7 or 8? If so, is the handling harder to control than those versions?

I'm asking because most reviewers say 9 is easier to manage with the controller than the last few versions.

Try messing with the deadzone (I think it's called) settings if the car is too twitchy or too much oversteer.

Also drive slowly at first to get the hang of a course. Even if you are "taking your time" you will finish higher than you think if you are going slow enough to avoid crashes and offroad penalties.
