This game is pure fun. I’m not a huge fan of racing games but this one is so addicting.

You guys are really making me want to get this game. I’ve been on the fence but I might take the plunge.

So...I just realized last night that you can change your traction control lol

Definitely helps turning that down in most tracks.

Finally managed to get that 0.005 that I was missing for gold on IB-10

I completed the beyond the horizon missions last night. All gold except the dirt track. No matter how many racing games I play, I always suck at off road courses

I still can't get gold one the first license test on dirt (w/ the Tundra). Fastest I can get is 19.605 and you need sub-19.500. I tried watching the demo and amazed by the traction in the video. I just can't emulate the same level of traction.

BTW, I'd love to join y'all for some racing. My PSN is Booger_Mac and I play on the PS5.

This game had me at work thinking about getting a Racing Wheel. I’m a lazy recliner gamer now in my older age and don’t know how I could make this work in a recliner.

The biggest compliment i can give this game is that I repeatedly think, one more race.

I've been trying out sport mode and managed to finally get a top 3 finish. I'm not new to racing games but I'm not great at them either. So I'll take small improvements.

Edit: It would be nice if the daily races were more here's a few cars you can use now race and less tuning or using cars that outclass half the racers.

I don't remember having much problem with this one, but I just tried and couldn't get gold. I did just see some people reporting that the patch from a day or 2 ago changed it so that licenses and missions are now using soft tires instead of dirt which seems like a bug.

Has anyone else been impossibly unlucky with the gifts?

I'm getting the lowest tier money gift something something like 60-70% of the time and the 2nd lowest most of the rest. I got a car once and tuning parts twice. Everything else has been the 2 bottom tier money stacks.

That's pretty standard from what I've been reading on Reddit, other sites and what I've experienced myself.

You might want to give this a look then... it's called the Wheel Stand 2.0. It looks like it might work with some recliners, although I can't imagine that you'd be able to lean back much if it would integrate with the front foot of your recliner. It looks like this lends itself well to office chairs, and I've seen some very comfortable, high back office chairs over the years.

Guys, dirt tracks are a no go after patch 1.06 for licenses or missions. The CPU is putting you on comfort soft tires instead of dirt. This means it’s absolutely impossible to pass any of these. You can still do normal dirt races in the circuit area but that’s it. I’m sure they will fix this ASAP. Luckily I had already done all my licenses before the patch dropped.

                            Here’s your roadmap:
Wheel —> wheel stand —> full Rig —> better wheel —> PC —> triples or VR —> load cell pedals —> hand brake —> maybe full motion rig

For your sake, I hope it doesn’t go that far but it might.

So it looks like we have quite a few playing now. I have I think most added to my friends list. If not add me at DarthRambo317. Who would be interested in creating an OS lobby to race each other? Of course with equal cars and stuff. Maybe just for now our cars we use what we have for the daily race B but at different tracks beside deep mountain.

If you see me online feel free to send me a party chat invite or message me with a lobby password or whatever.
