how do i upload an updated AR file with everything unlocked? cant figure it out

i mean upload it to my system or game.. when i go to choose which file i want to race under i dont see the one that is on my AR.. how do i do that

Try copying it to your harddrive first. Some games like PGR2 don't support memory card saves, so you can't access them straight from the mem cards. Try that and see if you have better luck.
