Online racing, questions.
I am an avid race fan, been involved for years in the business, and now am wanting to take my love for horsepower online. I bought an xbox live account mainly for this game, and have a few questions Im hoping some of you can answer. First off, I want to make sure I get involved with racing people, not kids looking to smash into each other. I dont have time to mess around with those not looking to really race and are out there to driving backwards, hitting people on purpose, etc. Next, Ive heard there are car clubs online. What does this entail? Are there ways to set up weekly, daily races? If there is an official OS club, that would be perfect, because the discussions I have had on this board are extremely insightful about the sport of racing, leading me to believe the driving styles would as well follow suit. If any of you can help me out and lead me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it."Basketball may have been born in Massachusetts, but it grew up in Indiana." - James NaismithTags: None -

add guys from here to your friends list, and hop in games with them...then just keep adding more names of guys as you race them and you'll be all set...I haven't had to race any random online games yet.
I think the club can be used for stuff like that, I'm not sure...in general, to get good races just gather some of the xbox live names from here and enter them, that'll get you in, and then it's easier to add them in game. Once you've raced people will be able to throw you a Car club invite
oh, and if you have a Man U car I'd send it into the wall in a heartbeatNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818 -

Thanks for the info. I just havent done much online racing, so not sure how it all works. If i do end up making a man u car, i may end up putting it in the wall myself! Absolutely horrid on the pitch now, cant even beat West Brom. Oh well, I will try to find out some of the tags on here and get on tonight and see whos on."Basketball may have been born in Massachusetts, but it grew up in Indiana." - James NaismithComment

Re: Online racing, questions.
I've only had 2 bad eggs so far online. One who just kept ramming people (must have played too much PGR2!) and the other was a 12 year old kid from the suburbs who thought it was cool to talk like a gangsta and throw the "n" word around for an entire race. I couldn't hit the "kick from lobby" button fast enough...
For the most part though it's been a lot of good clean racing (with the occasional bumps to be sure). Nice thing about this game is that with sim-damage on it will make you pay dearly for driving poorly. I should know, I think I've painted every wall on the Silverstone track with my Audi!

Re: Online racing, questions.
Just had my first online experience with Forza, it went better than I expected, was really expecting NASCAR style racing. Anyways, if you guys wouldn't mind adding me to your lists, I'll be searching you guys out as well.Comment
