This game isn't easy but I'm liking it so far. What few easy tricks I can land it feels very rewarding. Even though there is a steep learning curve it's still very chill. Thinking this ends up being a game I can just put on music or a podcast and just skate around an relax.

Some of the textures and animations and what not could use some work but when they nail the graphics it looks beautiful.

My only other skateboarding experience was with THPS so going from the arcade to a "sim" is an interesting experience.

So... You guys thought it was a good idea to remove the Skate like control options? You just killed a sale with me. I've played the trial version and liked it due to having control options. As much I tried to like the turning with the shoulder buttons, it just takes away from the game. Why did removing this option have to happen???

I think it messed with their animation package, not sure though.

I personally only want to play with their current control scheme, and am miffed that EA isn't going to include one like Session has to their game. Theirs is much more of an arcade experience overall, though. I didn't used to think that it was (and you can play it like it's not), but the more they respond to the online community the more it favors that kind of experience.
