Can I use in AO Tennis 2 the exact same sliders I configured in the previous version?

Just bought the game and I'm pretty much surprised there's no thread about it's sliders, differently from the first game, where I can find a lot of discussion here.

So, can I copy and paste the sliders settings I used in AO International Tennis? Or the "new" gameplay and speed requires a different setting?

In that first edition my sliders are:

Clay: Game 55 - Ball 60
Hard: Game 65 - Ball 75
Grass: Game 60 - Ball 90

Thanks for this. I am new to the series and really love the career mode. Enjoying it a lot and it's challenging. I always wondered what these settings should be for the different courts. I will plug these in before my first ever Australian Open match. In the career mode thread I have been updating my career.

I've been playing the AO Tennis 2 career mode for three months now. I've been using the sliders from AO Tennis (same ones you posted in OP) in AO Tennis 2 and I've had a positive experience. I also adjusted the aiming sensitivity and assisted movement slider. Below I'll post my aiming sensitivity & assisted movement sliders.

Aiming Sensitivity: 55 (personal preference 55-60)

Assisted movement: 80

Has been a long time I don't play, but about assisted movement I remember to completely disable it just like in the first game. I like to be on the "totally manual" possible side in AO Tennis (and also FIFA, by the way).

And I also increase a bit the sensitivity! It's better, for sure!

Is there a way to link a venue to a career mode event. Because I go to toolkit and press X to link the arena to the tournament and it doesn't.
