                    I was wondering why the blue ring was on around the Wii this morning. Is that because it was updating automatically?

                        nope. it was just telling you that some update was being released. you still need to download the update.

                                Your Wii Connect 24 was on, so it got the message. The blue light tells you that you have a message.

                                        Awesome! I was going to ask why my blue light would sometimes just turn on randomly, it's like my Wii was watching me

                                                You guys know you can turn off the blue light special. It's under the WiiConnect24 settings.

                                                I hated that thing when I first got the Wii. Everytime someone sent me a Mii (which was exciting ) the thing would blink.

                                                I ended up turning it off to conserve a wii bit of power from the standby connection.

                                                    I have turned off my WiiConnect24 so it's only a red light when it's off. Does that mean I won't get any of your Mii's? Or will I get them when I turn the system on?

                                                        You'll still get them if they are sent directly to you, but your Mii Parade will suffer...
