I have no clue what I will get. The Wii is just a great console. I still may pick one up. However, What is the main difference between the 20 and 60 Gig ps3's besides the HD? I am not a online gamer however would like to get the normal downloads. I am a sports nut and pretty much like everything. Please help. I am lost!!!

I believe it's built in Wifi, Bluetooth and the silver trim on the front of the unit, for the extra $100 i'd get the premium system.I have no clue what I will get. The Wii is just a great console. I would also recommend the 60 gig.

Also not included with the 20 is flash media readers
I myself went with the 20GB... not only is it cheaper but also all of the things missing between the two can be added on (more or less) for right at if not less than the $100 difference. I say more or less because instead of the wifi being internal hardware, it will instead be a USB device that attaches to the front... same goes for the flash media reader (or you can just use a thumbdrive). As for the HDD, you can purchase any off the shelf 2.5" 5400RPM SATA HDD and replace the one that came with the system, even go much bigger than the 60GB.Comment

no offense, but the 20 gig just looks cheaper than the 60 gig. Granted you can add all the stuff on, but you wont get the chrome finish. Sorry, I just like the looks of the 60 gig over the 20 gig. Plus what another $100 on top of what you are already spending. Also if you should ever trade the system in or sell it, you will get more for the 60 Gig.

I think the $600 PS3 is the better value also, your getting 40GB more, WiFi, Memory Card Reader, + chrome finish.no offense, but the 20 gig just looks cheaper than the 60 gig. 60GBI can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: PS3 20 Gig or PS3 60 Gig?
The 20 GB PS3 loses over $300 US per console while the 60 GB PS3 only loses $240 US. One could make the argument that you get more value with the cheaper unit although there is a difference between Sony's cost and what it would cost the user to upgrade.

Re: PS3 20 Gig or PS3 60 Gig?
I have a 20 gig. At the time of purchase I wished I had pre-ordered the 60 gig. Looking back now though, it wouldn't have made a difference. Like a poster said, you can add on what you want via the USB hook ups in the front. I have put on a few photos on my HD, but I just hooked up my camera via a USB cord. I'm not an online player, but I do go online to get updates. I have downloaded one game, GT HD. With my saves and the one downloaded game, I have 14 gig left on my HD.
If you have the money, paying the extra $100 would be nice to have all the extra features, but not necessary. Instead of using the $100 to have all the upgrades, I used the money for two games (well, most of what two games cost)
