    Xchange/memory unit problem


    The Xchange software installation was fine, everything seems to be working on that end. But, my computer will not recognize the memory card nor will it install the card. Any suggestions?

    I am assuming this is for an Xbox 360 and you have Windows XP. I had the same problem and this seemed to fix it for me:

    Click Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab>Device Manager

    There will most likely be a large yellow question mark with an exclamation point near it when you find your memory unit. Right click on it and choose update driver. You may need to direct it to the install CD for the driver. I don't recall if I had to or not. There is always a huge thread with a lot of help about the Xchange.
