OS Next-Gen Console Speculation

I was just thinking about these new systems that will be coming out later. I had the thought of us coming up with different things that could be included int the systems that will come out next using our common sense and things that are available now. We can name it our own system or whatever, but I'm just curious to know what parts would be a necessity for next-gen consoles. Rules are that you only post one hardware part in your post. That way, things don't get copied and posts don't go with rambling. If there are conflicts between posters, quote and critic without attacking please. Hope this goes straight, or at least has any repliers.

edit: I'm confused, is this what you like about consoles in general or just hardware pieces?

The next system from Microsoft will support directX10, just a hunch.

That's cool. Just anything that you can add to expand the gameplay and power that the system holds. Looking for both hardware (and now software) that will be included into the system. It's on the right track so far.

Personally, I'd like to have a physics card put into the system so that more games can use the extra power to expand. Kind of how the video card was added to the computer and now is almost as important as the processor. Thinking about how sports games and adventure games can benefit from this more. I'd love to see a whole lot more physics in things. Maybe open up new avenues for Natural Motion.
