Ok, today is the beginning of this and I thought it'd be pretty cool for everybody that is participating to list what they are starting with in terms of gamerscore and what they have to get to and keep us updated. Or it could just be that I'm a moron and nobody else cares. Regardless....

Today: 13,671
Goal: 15,171

And yes, I rented Cars last night to get those points, so I am committed! 1,500 points is what we have to get, right?

I don't think the contest starts till like 12 today... I've been waiting all day for it, but they still haven't updated the page since I last checked about 30 minutes ago.

Also be weary, because on the XBOX Live forums everyone was saying that the t-shirts and the FF game are only in quantities of 70,000. Not sure if it's true or not but that's what I heard.

I've been checking as well, and it doesn't seem you can register at this point...I'm at Level 1, so no worries about them running out for me...I'll be playing Condemned this week, and I'm sure I can find another 500 points around here somewhere over the next couple of weeks.

Screw it, I'm just going to do it at my own leisure. There's only 2500 copies of FF2 and the tshirt...those will be gone by midnight tonight.

I'll do it at my own pace for the gamerpic.

That is absolutely classic ... seems Microsoft does this often. "Let's build up some huuuuge new thing .... then act surprised when people try to use it!" Thank God they don't, like, create my OS or anything ....

Both. GZF sent it to me, for no reason. That and Lost Planet. They weren't even on my queue.

Obviously they are both crap but free games are free games. I went on their site to see if those are the games i'm supposed to have, but it says that they shipped me Battlestations today and the other game is on Short Wait.

What a mess, the site is still mainly down, but people did get in. And thousands already got their 1500 points, the site still says all prizes are at 100% left though.
