    XBOX 360 Controller Repair

Is there anyway to improve my controller analog and buttons? I want to tighten it because it seems to have too much slack and stuff. I'm trying to understand why my controller feels so loose. As a matter of fact, my controller sometimes cause the men to walk to the left which is a problem. Especially in shooters and basketball games. The dead space is off. I've been looking online but I can't find any site. Any help would be great. Not trying to mod or anything stupid like that. Just improve.

The walking off has happened to be in most the 2K games for Xbox, Xbox 360 and PS3. Weird.

My battery pack isnt recognized anymore... it always has to be plugged in...

and even still the lights flash on the controller like the battery is about to die.
