    Need Help!!!

Let me start off by saying I'm not ready to plunk down 600 dollars on a ps3 at this moment. I was then thinking of getting a 360 here in the next few days mainly for Apf 2k8. With that said I heard alot of mixed reviews for MLB 2k7 as I really was going to get that game with my 360..It looks great. I really want a baseball fix. So a couple of questions.

    1. Should I buy a PS2 and the show?

    2. Should I pull the trigger and get a 360 with MLB2k7

    3. Or Should I wait and get nothing now and Decide 360 or PS3 when APF 2k8 drops and I find out what platform it plays better on????

By the way I play mainly sports games!!!! Also thank you for the help on these boards as I can't make up my mind heheheehhe

    Re: Need Help!!!

Depends on what you plan on using MLB2K7 for. The franchise mode is really buggy. Wacky trades and players like Pujols will disappear in AA or AAA and not return to the majors. Trading and injuries are going to mess franchise up big time for some people.

I will start my MLB franchise soon and see how it goes. Waiting for The Show for the PS3 but who knows if that will even have any kind of franchise since we haven't heard too much about it. So in a month I may be going to The Show for the PS2. Unless MLB2K7 franchise is playable.

If I was you, I would wait it out before you commit. MLB The Show might end up being the best baseball game ever and then you might want to fork over the extra money for the PS3.

      Re: Need Help!!!

Tim, Best advice to give are the following.....

      - If you want a 360, wait until the new model hit the stores else buy the existing moel but you will HAVE to get the warranty too.

      - If you want a PS3 and don't want to fork over $600 you can get the 20GIG model for $500. If you wish to upgrade down the road, you have the option. You can rent and play the PS2 Show and see if it's your cup of tea (PS3 out next month) and/or get 2K and try it out too.

      Good luck in your choice
