What stores will actually let you exchange a dead 360 for another one in the store and NOT make you wait till it's repaired(with the store's warranty of course)?

Yes, if you have say an EB or Best Buy warranty, you will get a new system on the spot. That's how I did mine.

So I assume that Gamestop is the same as EB? My local EB are a bunch of ***holes and there's a Gamestop right around the corner. Thanks EG.

Yep GameStop is the same way.

GameStop warranty is $50 for 1/yr. Best Buy is $99 for 2/yrs.

Target is the best at $35 for 3/yrs. But I think you have to call their service number before you return it. Might have to ship it.
