    Backing up 360 Saves

How do I backup the saves I have on my Xbox 360 HD?

Is the only way to buy a memory card and transfer kit?

Is that how peopel get updated rosters onto their Xbox?

    What is Action Replay?

    Thanks

Action Replay was used for the Original XBOX
The Transfer Kit, the XSATA or the XPORT are the only ways to back up saves right now for your 360. All can be found on Datel's website.

Most folks around here use the Transfer Kit for rosters and it's really cheap for the kit, but you have to buy a memory card.

So still, the only way is buying a memory card and then a transfer kit?

or buyin a Xsata or Xport like dave said
Kenny: Ok Vic, I'm ready for some girl on girl action.
Vic: No Kenny, that's girl versus girl.
        Kenny: What's the difference?
Vic: Well, in one, one girl wins. In the other....
        Kenny: Everyone wins?!?!

        Captain Tenneal: Get it on!

You can copy your game saves to a mem card, i've even moved my profile to a mem card with the saves on it to get past a game freeze at the same point every time on T. Woods 08, because of some hd problem, when i got past that without it freezing, i just put the profile and updated game saves back on the hd.

I don't think you need a transfer kit to back up your game saves, rosters is another story.

            Re: Backing up 360 Saves

So I need to exchange my Xbox at microcenter as I have a problem with my disc tray. I'd like to backup all my saves before doing this, even though I know they will probably let me swap the HD when I go to exchange the console.

Has anything changed in regards to backing up your saves in the past few months? Is there a way to save your HD data onto a flash drive or SD card? Not everything on my HD will fit on a memory card.
