Please help me get my 360 hooked up online!

Sorry if this has been asked but I'm having problems getting my 360 online. I have AT&T broadband internet connection. I've got a linksys wireless router hooked up. I've got the xbox wireless adapter in my xbox but everytime i try to connect it just reads network connection failed. I have had people try to help but no one seems to be able to get me online. Any help here would be appreciated!

If it was preowned and used by someone else it may not work, I had that problem and had to purchase a new one.

Aside from the technical support from MS and AT&T, is your wireless encrypted and secured? If so, I would assume you entered all the security keys while setting up your network connection. If not make sure and try that.
