I agree Gears. If it wasn't for The Show, I'd go back to the 360.

Kind of off topic but can i buy a xbox live card off a site and get the code instead of them mailing me the card?

On my second Xbox (silver account), when I logged on Sunday there was a offer for 4 months gold for $9.99. I broke out my debit card and took it.

Same goes with Tecmo Bowl which was to release same day as 360 version and then poooooofffff it goes MIA w/ no release date. I would have bought Tecmo, but now that it gets closer to Backbreaker and then NCAA and Madden, who cares.
I agree. The timing for Tecmo was perfect as people were getting the football itch and no new games were coming. Now we're a week away from BB and a month and a couple weeks from NCAA. After that Madden. I assume not many people will care about Tecmo whenever it decides to drop on PSN.

Danger Joe come out June 8th: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/...anger-for-ps3/

I've been looking forward to this one since it was first announced. Looks very fun.

Yeah and I doubt I get Tecmo Bowl now either, I might have caved when it first was released for the 360.

                    Should be out today.

How many people have Mod Nation? My friend brought it over last night and we played it for a good couple hours. Awesome game! Didn't even see a thread for it on OS. Either way I like it a lot more than LBP.

The MRC wallpapers are pretty sweet too

Did anyone try the Planet Mini-Golf demo? I did and it was pretty fun. I played one 9-hole course, I'm not sure if there are other ones available on the demo or not, it was a pirate themed course. Pretty imaginative holes. There are three shot options, and easy, 3-click, and direct. I played with the 3-click which is the standard meter option of power and accuracy. The hardest part was getting the power correct, you really don't need to put much power into your putts at all, so the amount of power available to you is a little confusing. Maybe other courses require more power. I think the direct shot mode is like an analog approach to the swing. There's power-ups on the course as well which kinda makes it Mario golfish, but I bet you can turn those off. You also get a trick shot but I'm not sure what that does. There's some kind of style shot score as well, probably to unlock stuff or something. I think I'll get the full game eventually, I might wait for it to go on sale, but it seems worth the purchase to me.
