Re: Xbox Live Marketplace and Live Arcade discussion Part III
Imagine...
100 of those cards for $20 ($2000 worth of points/1,000 songs). I'd be set on Rock Band DLC for over a year. I would've been able to go back and get everything I hadn't bought yet.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

I think they max you out on Amazon though, they used to at 5 cards per person.Comment

Re: Xbox Live Marketplace and Live Arcade discussion Part III
Still, that's 50 songs for a $1.
I'm kicking myself for missing this deal.
And judging by CAG, it seems like people got more than that. So who knows.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Re: Xbox Live Marketplace and Live Arcade discussion Part III
well the internet quickly kills stuff like this anyways. It died like 20 minutes after it was posted on CAG, so it was complete luck if you were on then. It's like the free MS code giveaways that happen sometimes. FOX did one for the Terminator show and the internet killed that quickly too. I was able to get like 5 codes from that..Comment

Re: Xbox Live Marketplace and Live Arcade discussion Part III
well since Goldeneye is tied up in legal hell, N64 perfect dark would be nice too. The framerate occasionally sucked *** on the N64, especially in multiplayer, but I'd assume they'd clean it up.Banjo-Tooie Theme
What's interesting is the fourth icon under Latest Games. That's Joanna Dark from the original Perfect Dark. There's been rumors of a true sequel to Perfect Dark for the 360, so maybe we will see Perfect Dark for XBLA alongside the new game, like with Nuts and Bolts and the original Banjo-Kazooie last year. Of course it could always be Rare being evil again with their teasing.

They might as well also throw other N64 greats like Jet Set Gemini, Blast Corps, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct Gold, and Conker's Bad Fur Day on there, since the games will be cheap, they actually hold the rights to them, and they can charge $10 for each.Comment

Video: Rare celebrates the holidays with Stop 'N Swop
<object classid="clsidThe video shows off the Stop 'N Swop feature in Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, which unlocks content for one of the games granted you achieved a certain goal in the other title, and was promised in the original N64 games, yet never fully implemented. Now, with Banjo-Tooie on its way to Xbox Live Arcade, Rare has had ample time to get the feature into the games, and offers the above video as a teaser on what to expect.

Re: Xbox Live Marketplace and Live Arcade discussion Part III
awesome.
I already have Doom, but this could be a sign of more deals from Amazon. There's a bunch of stuff on XBLA I'd get if they had these kinds of deals.Comment

If you're even remotely a Pac-Man fan, you owe it to yourself to pick CE up. What a fun way to play an arcade classic!Comment

it's also on the namco museum game that has 30 games, but the value is that it has 9 XBLA games. It's $15 at gamestop.
