360 Controller Problem

After I turn on my wireless controller and it connects to quadrent 1, it will frequently flash quads. 1 and 4 and then 2 and 3 on the controller's ring of light. This just happened today. It doesn't seem to be affecting anything, but it has to mean something, right?

I think it has something to do with the battery dying? That's what I always thought.

The battery has two bars whenever I checked the dashboard.

It is indeed the battery. It will flash like this every minute or so once the battery dips below half of full charge.

the battery indicator on the guide is a bit unreliable.

i think you can actually check the battery indicator when the controller is off. there will be a dim green light coming from one of the 4 quadrants. 4 is full, 3 is 3/4's , etc

if its at 1, time to recharge.
