I just bought a 360 this week and I've been very disappointed with the way games have looked on my TV. The colors seem very dark and the pictures seem kinda blurry, and even after fooling around with my picture settings, there hasn't been any improvement. It's an Insignia (cheapo Best Buy brand) standard definition, but DVD's look fine on it. The TV does have an S-video connection, so would it be worth buying the S-video AV cable? Has anybody used it to improve their visuals? Thanks.

There is a video improvement going from composite to s-video. If I had to put a number on it, I would say 30%. -

Bought a Pelican S-video cable at Radioshack yesterday. There was a definite improvement in the video quality. Worth the $5 for the cable!Comment
