I call it BS and a lie. No developer who represents EA would ever talk like that about one of their customers, let alone use words like sucks and load of crap. So I call the source of that article BS, I ain't buying it.

Yeah your right buddy, the PS3 development tools are definitely your biggest problem when it comes to making games...idiot. There's a reason some (obviously not all) of these guys sit in dark rooms starting at computer screens all day, they don't know how to talk to people and say ridiculously stupid things when given the opportunity.

I have a problem with the way he speaks of the ease of doing ports. Whether the port was in the XBox or the PS3 then those ports should be cheaper when distributed for sale. Why even mention how lazy they are looking for the shortcuts.

And another thing EA, can we please make games that works.

I read an article that says EA isnt even utilizing all the PS3. The SPE's which are availble to handle the work arent being used at all by EA. They are programming the Cell the same way they would program a PC.

So EA is doing the very minimum to make a buck. Im sure thats why they accepted cash from Microsoft to make PS3 games 30fps and a month later they are all 60fps (IMO)

MS paid EA to make PS3 games 60fps? Riiiiiight...did you get that tin foil hat custom made?

Developers just don't want to jump through the hoops necessary to utilize the PS3 fully...That's the downside of Sony releasing a very powerful but complicated to program system.
