    Got a problem and could use some help.


    Ok, here's the story. I got the 3 rings of death(it had to have happened sooner or later) on August 21st. I order a repair the same day. Ok, so I get that dreadfully plain white box and I send it back the same day.(August 27th) I check up on it a WEEK later and it says "received device at repair center". I'm like "finally". Okay, so after about 2 weeks(Sep.18th), my repair status changes to "No pending repair". I'm like . Does that mean that it is being sent back or what? I look at my emails and I don't see a single thing about my 360. So i'm pissed. I have work/school so I keep calm for the next 4 days and then I decide to check on it today and I see this, "Register console" and my serial number/device isn't even shown!?! I'm really heated! What does this mean? Has this happened to anyone else? Any help is appreciated.

    can you call Microsoft? I have no clue but I'd be calling their asses up if I were in your shoes.

      I already called them and talked to some lady who couldn't help me with anything. She asked me for a reference #. MS never sent me an email and I didn't see a reference number on the website. The only reason why I knew it had been received was from checking my status on the xbox website. I gave her the number(s) that would've been used with the order, my email address, my name, home address, all of that and she said she didn't even see a order for me. WTF is going on? Damn MS

        surely they can track if they sent you a coffin or not...

          That's what I thought. They sent me the coffin almost a month ago and I mailed it the same day. It was doing good(slow but at least it was tracking) but now my device doesn't even show up and it's asking if I want to "request a NEW repair." Where the f*** is my "OLD" repair?
