Hope it does rob. Usually hair dryers don't get hot enough to reflow it properly but I have read a couple accounts that it did work. I also know that people have taken appart the ps3 and put the motherboard in the oven for a few minutes and this was enough to reflow too. Solder melts at about 410 degrees so you have to get it at least that hot for a few minutes.
