Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
you have to create a folder on the thumbdrive called PS3 and then one within it called SAVEDATA. You then save the roster from the web into that SAVEDATA folder, then put the thumbdrive in your PS3. This part I can't remember by memory, but once the thumbdrive is in, on the PS3 menu under the games menu, you should see a USB drive icon or something like that. Just look around for something like that and you can then copy the save off the drive to your PS3."Hard work beats talent, when talent isn't working hard.”Comment

Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
However, I loved the 360 when it worked. I really like the 360 controller compared to the PS3 controller. It just feels better in my hands and it has more weight to it. I guess I'll get used to the PS3 one over time.
For me, I don't play on-line much and I'm mostly a sports-gamer, so the games seem to be pretty much the same for me (considering that NCAA Football runs at 60 FPS next year). Trust me, I went back and forth about 15 times like you probably have.
Good luck."Hard work beats talent, when talent isn't working hard.”Comment

Lovitz, I was researching the switch to PS3 like crazy all week like yourself. My problem stemmed from me being on my 3rd 360 and did not want to go through another RROD. Yeah, I had the Best Buy replacement plan, but they have recently been out of stock where I live. It's just been a hassle for me.

Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
No, but now that HD DVD is basically DONEI'm looking into probably getting a PS3 for BR play-back. That's why I ask about HDMI because I believe my DISPLAY is HDMI 1.1, or 1.2 compliant & I know the PS3 is 1.3 HDMI complaint & I've heard people having problems getting their display's & pd3 to sync video due to HDMI hand-shake problems

Re: Official PS3 Discussion Part III...
I was wondering what do you guys do to prevent your consoles from getting dusty? As you all know since the console does nothing but sit there it's easy for it to collect alot of dust so what do you do to keep it from doing so?
While I'm not playing it, the only thing I could think of was take an old t-shirt and just slip the whole console inside of it and I have no problem with dust. I wish there were some sort of covers you could buy or something. For both the PS3 and the 360 since I own both.Comment
