    Question

Would you a buy a used xbox 360 for $100 that comes with one controller, madden 2007, nhl 2007, call of duty 3, need for speed and knockout kings 3? My buddy said he only had one problem. It was about a year ago. Anyways, he got fixed and it has been working fine for about 2 years. He doesn't want anymore since he wants to upgrade to elite because they support 1080p.

On the other hand, I really want a 40 gig ps3 so I can play Fifa 2008 against my friends and some players I know who have gone on to play professional soccer in the Norwegian league.

FYI: I'm not really into shooting games (i think halo 3 is overrated). I mostly play sports games. Thanks in advance.

    Re: Question

Well, every 360 supports 1080p, but the elite and newer ones support HDMI. But if he uses VGA, it'll do 1080p.

I personally wouldn't do it, no warranty, but it's only $100, rough choice.

      Re: Question

360 is just as good as PS3 for sports games and is the best for FPS's, but you're not into that. I'd just save up your pennies for the PS3 since it sounds like you have some buddies you want to play against and you'll enjoy the system more that way.

You can achieve it through VGA as well.

yeah, it's at least 100 now (not sure, I traded mine in last Oct/Nov when it started dying but was working ok...I didn't have the warranty at Best Buy and didn't want to deal with MS). Worth calling them up and asking...but if it's still working 100 bucks is cheap so you can have a 360

unfortunately a lot of TV's can't do 1080p unless it's via HDMI. Sony for one...
