Having trouble sending in my 360

My RROD 360 is already in the box ready to be sent in to be repaired...Just one problem though.

The box they sent me came with a FedEx sticker to put on the side of the box and one that says my name,address etc....But UPS called me and told me to write some numbers down on the box too!(10 numbers..Example: 1065422174

I'm confused!

BTW..The FedEX sticker says stuff like:

To Repair Center
McAllen, TX 78503
Standard Overnight
TRK# (has about 12 numbers here)

Why would you be getting information from UPS if FedEx is the carrier?

I just got mine back from the repair center and all I did was slap that sticker on over the original and drop it off at a FedEx shipping center.

It's not really his choice though. I'm pretty sure MS sends the coffin with a pre-paid FedEx shipping sticker and they have nothing to do with UPS.

I received my coffin from UPS and dropped it off at a UPS Store. Got my replacement back via FedEx.

Still doesn't explain why the OP is getting UPS info from a FedEx sticker.

The box came with FedEx stickers, but UPS CALLED me soon after the box arrived and told me to write some numbers on the side of the box.

I'm just going to cross out the UPS number I wrote on it, then send it in.

Hey, I heard that if you drop your 360 off at a shipping center on monday, you will get your repaired 360 back in 14 days...Anyone know if this is true?

I dropped mine off today(monday), so I hope this is true!
