    PS3 Dual Shock Controller HELP!!!!!!

Just picked one of these up when I bought both of my GTA4's the other day. One problem, I can't get it to sync up with my PS3. I push the middle (PS) button and all the red indicator lights come on and blink for a few seconds and then they all go out. I looked at the packaging (with the verrrrrry small print) and didn't see any instructions on how to do this. I don't have a PS3 owner's manual either as I bought my PS3 used and it didn't come with one.

Can someone give me a brief instruction on how to sync this up with the PS3 ???

Much obliged to anyone who can help me with that

you need to hook it up with the usb cable to charge it, when you do this it also syncs with the system. If you sold your usb cable with the sixaxis because you had an old cell phone charger with that end, then you need to buy another mini usb cable.

      Ahhh, thanks Maniac !!!

I still have my USB charging cable fortunately so I'll hook it up via the cable. I had originally charged the controller on a separate charger device. Never tried it with the USB cable, was trying to sync via Bluetooth wireless.

Thats the nice thing, I routinely charge it while playing by plugging it into my laptop so I dont even have to leave me seat, works out perfectly.

As far as charging, I bought this a while ago.

$30 but it was worth it for me. I saw stores like Target and BB sell similar ones but they all have to connect to the PS3 or PC, this connects to a power outlet though.

Altimus my man you just robbed yourself. you could have ordered a power strip and a few phone chargers with a mini usb end off ebay and still had money left over with 30 bucks.
