Update Profile Bug

I want to connect to XBOX Live with my gamertag, but it prompts this message:

Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management.

Problem is... when I click Update Profile... it takes me to my account management screen for 2 seconds, and then goes back to the regular XBOX screen... still unconnected to Live...

any ideas for what I should do?

I had this happen last week. Give them a call. Your credit card attached to your live account probably expired. That is what happened to mine. You can go to Microsoft's billing website and update it there, but that causes a cluster ****. All you should need to do is call them and give them an updated credit card number or expiration date. It should be simple.
