So my 360 gave me the three red light treatment the other night and now I have to send it to microsoft for reapairs. I was thinking of purchasing a PS3 when I get my 360 back. I've decided that I can afford the 40GB. I just need some help from my friends here at OS as to what I need to buy to download and transfer rosters like I have been doing on my 360. Any help would be appreciated.

In some cases you can directly download saves to the PS3 from the PS3; like from Gamefaqs for example.
