Yeah, so I finally turned on my 360 a few minutes and started the download process. I switched over to the TV input for a minute or two while it was DLing and when I switched back, I found only a black screen. It's been like this for at least 5, maybe 10 minutes; I tried hitting the guide button the controller, etc but nothing happens. Now my TV is saying it will auto shut-off in 3 minutes which I guess means that it's not receiving a signal from the 360.

Did I miss something in those few minutes I flipped to TV, like manually having to restart my console? Or did this thing just lock up on me in the middle of the installation? Any help is greatly appreciated...

PS - No red lights, don't worry. I didn't even want to mention it, but I thought that would be the first thing someone said...

Oh this is pretty awesome. Candyman5 is in co-op for COD and when I go to friends, he has his buddy standing right next to him.

Yea I noticed that as well. There are a couple of people on my list playing co-op and each of them is standing next to their partner, very cool.

Also for the game library, it only shows games they you have played since NXE launched right?

for me it shows the arcade games that i own(even if i didn't play them after update) and any retail game i have played since i got the update.

Also regarding Game Library, here is a heads up for uninstalling. I tried uninstalling from the memory section, the actual game section and I kept getting the error message. I went to the game library section and went to delete from there and it worked.

I was wondering the same thing. This is much cleaner as opposed to the blade system.

Okay, I just installed the NXE and set my resolution to 1440x900 which is the native resolution of my monitor and I get the same thing, about half inch black bar on the top and bottom of the screen. I would think it's suppose to fill up the screen if it's the native resolution of the monitor.

Weird.

The selection of clothes for avatars is currently pretty poor...around 10 people on my friends list were wearing the #55 football jersey. I'm actually hoping a company like EA releases "authentic jerseys" (such as proper NFL jerseys, NBA singlets, soccer kits) that we can use for our avatars, depending on the price they offer them for.

Yeah, there aren't many options for clothing. According to this new items will arrive every two weeks.

There's an Avatar Store coming next year, but that stuff will more than likely come at a price. Also, back at E3 Microsoft said developers were showing interest in offering unlockable Avatar content using game achievements.
