Two Questions:

1. What do they mean by installing games on there? Do they mean like you can play your games without the disc in the xbox?

2. Never used Netflix before but in addition to tv shows and movies, what other things do they have available? Sports? Music(concerts,etc).

I can answer #1 for you, No it does not mean that. It means you can install a game onto your Hard drive but still have to have the disk in the System so it can verify you actually have the game. It cuts load times down, make you 360 really quiet and reduces the damage you can do to your disc since it isn't spining. I can also see it cutting down RROD.

Never heard of that, can't imagine that they would let someone play a game they don't even own.

I have played XBLA games that my friend owns on his 360 using my profile. We do that to so we can get more achievements. Perhaps this is just some different way of doing that. I never heard of the ability on the 360 either, but it's not entirely absurd. The Nintendo DS allows this, like playing Mario Kart multiplayer with only one game cartridge.

I thought I heard something with the Party thing where everyone could watch the same Netflix movie together (and talk over Live). Not sure if it's true or not, but might be fun to get a group together and bs over a funny movie

Yeah, that's possible, but they also said everyone had to have Netflix, but not the same movie in everyone's Queue.

Great update. Aside from the random freezing locking my system up (par for the course with MS, apparently) and the complete worthlessness of themes now, it's a pretty decent leap forward.

Where the heck do you go to change your themes now? My old theme is still there, cut in half... but I'd like to get something else there in its place. I see them on my drive... just can't select them.

I notice a nice difference in loading COD5 from my HD. It starts immediately and the drive makes barely any sounds at all.

The next console to come out should be flash drives and no CD at all. That is what I am thinking. The CD is dead. Just put in the flash drive of whatever game you have to prove ownership after the initial install to the console HD, and you are off. I am already getting a hard drive system for my car, where I can load mp3s in from Flash drives. No skipping, and no more reaching for music or plugging in an ipod.

Yeah, I have the Night Theme on my 360. It looks nice. I went to My Xbox and clicked on my profile. The theme setting was in there I think.

Yep just tried it. Go to My Xbox, go to the right one time to where your avatar is, Hit A and it will have a list. Change Theme is one of them.

Already taking advantage of the Netflix free trial by watching Season 1 of The Office.

Yeah - I just bought my wife season 1 of 30 Rock because she wanted to see if she could get into it. $40 - and now I see we could have just watched it on my 360.
