i've got a netgear router and the xbox live wireless thing on my 360 - works great! once i got my connection secured i've never been disconnected, there's no lag, and i can't tell any difference than when i was connected via ethernet.

i'm not technically savvy at all, so i'm not the right guy to ask, but i thought i'd share that even a dummy like me can get this working good!

I use the original XBox MN-740 adapter. It doesn't fit into the back of the 360 but has worked flawlessly for me and can be had for a fraction of the $99 for the 360 official adapter.
