The Wii is worth it since my son still uses it a lot. Its nice to have around if I want to play the Mario games for a change, but I don't think I'd miss it all that much.

Anyone try the new Clone Wars light saber duel game?

I skipped over getting one and got a PS3 instead, after playing a Wii I don't regret it at all but when I was still intrested one of the very few games I actually wanted for it was Disaster: Day of Crisis. Though I've recently read because it's not doing well elsewhere it's likely going to be scrapped for NA release. There's Bikini Zombie Slayers (can't go wrong there!) but there'll be a better version of that on the 360.

Both of these games look good and Animal Crossing was such a blast on the Cube. It has turned into a system with loads of shovelware being released. Nintendo sure as hell made a killing off of this system. Since the N64, their 3rd party support has slowly dwindled with each system release. There are a lot of releases on the Wii, but as I stated above it is tons of shovelware titles.

This could be the last Christmas that the Wii does well as more and more systems are being released. Its a shame too because they have a few nice titles on the Wii too.

My fiance bought me one last June for my bday, and we don't touch it all that much. I'm going to keep it around, though, since it's fun when we play together. I've yet to buy any games for it, but I'll be picking up Mario Galaxy, soon.

Re: Anything good coming for the Wii? Thinking of selling.

I have owned a Wii twice and sold it for the final time (most likely) a month ago.

I loved Mario Kart...and that was it.

All of the FPS games were terrible compared to anything on the 360 or PS3.

I really enjoyed the light gun games, like Ghost Squad, but they were too short and not enough of them.

What bothered me most about the Wii was the complete waste that is the VC. All of those games that could be released and they pretty much just drop a random game once a week.

I would buy a Wii again if they fixed the VC and Punch Out is awesome.
