Hard drive installs FTW! So long dirty disc errors. So long $160 (that I'm gonna have to spend for a 120-gig hard drive). 
This is the best feature of the new x-box experience IMO ... but my poor 20-gig hard drive can't handle the hard drive installs to the max. NBA Live 09 took 6.2 gigs, Tiger 09 6 gigs ... which blew my hard drive space down to 600 megs. Suffice to say, I deleted the Tiger install.
Faster load times for sure, though not mind blowing.
Machine way quieter, thanks to not using the disc.
I hate having to buy Microsoft's overpriced 120-gig hard drive, but you don't have much of a choice if you're gonna install games to the hard drive (which I am).
