Xchange 360 Backup Help

I bought a new 60 gig hdd. I have an old 20 gig hdd with all my info on it.
-I want to put everything on my 20 gig to my 60 gig.
-I already made a backup of the 20 gig, so i have that file.
-When i put my 60 gig in and choose restore from image it says: Warning Image file and HDD signatures do not match.
-I want to know how to properly do this without screwing anything up.

I dont have a transfer kit only xchange 360. I'll get it, it will just take awhile
