SQUEAKYD TAKES LEAD, BIG GAINS FOR ASB37 AND FISHEPA

Another week, another close finish at the top, but this time SqueakyD is king of the mountain.

Despite a solid week, aukevin falls 4 percentage points short and SqueakyD is our new #1.

Fishepa came very close to entering into the Level 6 Club, ending at 5-99%, but moves up to 4th place.

TWO NEW PLATINUM TROPHIES!



Fishepa's TV may have been more black-and-white than color, but he made his way through the Crushing difficulty setting to earn a platinum trophy in Uncharted.

SqueakyD becomes the first participant to have multiple platinum trophies, earning his second on Call of Duty: World at War. Nice shootin'!

In our weekly tour of who holds the most trophies for each title, this week's game was Rock Band 2.

Just 5 of the 14 participants own Rock Band 2. Aukevin takes the top spot with 50% trophy completion. Here is the leaderboard:

Way to go Squeaky!

I was getting quite a few trophies early in the week but then hit a wall with Shaun White. I just can't beat him to get the gold trophy which goes a long way to getting a platinum on that game. I just have a few left to get for that game, but beating Shaun is killing me.

I finally beat Shaun White in his competition this morning and got a gold. Just one more hard trophy on Shaun White before platinum. I still have like 3 or 4 other trophies but they just require time playing the game, so they'll come eventually.

hahaha... the MGS DLC is soooooooooo cool I can't help it. But I'll definitely ease off the acellerator this week and help anyone who needs the multiple player stuff on LBP (and maybe even Burnout)... I'm already satisfied with a week 2 victory.

Sweet I just picked up LBP the other day. Also if anyone wants I've made an album of the standings in my arena so you can check them all out there if you want to see them back to back. I'll be adding em week by week when rspencer posts them.

Might be interested in going for some Burnout multiplayer trophies this week, though my semester starts up Wednesday so I'm not sure what kind of time I'll have.

Yeah, I'm open to help anyone on LBP as well - I've beaten the story mode already and am on to just playing a ton of awesome community levels. And I still need to get the "play a game with 3 others on your friends list" trophy myself..

What I want to know is.....who's got the stones and the creative ability to actually publish something and go after the "Create" trophy? (I know I don't, I'd be happy with "Play" and "Share" ))

I would like to try creating a music level... Just got to figure out what song to do... it has to be more complicated than Mary Had a Little Lamb.

I was looking through the LBP trophies that you need multiplayer support (minus the level creator trophies). Maybe these are some we can work towards this week:

Friendly Bronze Trophy
Complete a level with more than one player

Party Person Bronze Trophy
Complete a level online with 3 other players who are on your friends list

Socialite Bronze Trophy
Complete a level online with 3 other players who are not on your friends list

Top of the class Bronze Trophy
Win a 4-player game

20X Multiplier! Silver Trophy
Get a 20X Multiplier

Celebrity Silver Trophy
You were hearted by 5 or more people as a player

Trendsetter Bronze Trophy
Place a sticker or a decoration on another player's sackperson

I didn't know you can heart people when you aren't playing with them. cool. I'll be sure to heart everyone with the game on my friends list next time I play.

I like LBP but man the controls frusterate me to death. It's not the depth issue, swapping between the planes of play doesn't bother me. I just feel like the jump feels so sluggish to me and all the buttons you have to press to add stickers and stuff, I'm just too slow, especially when I'm playing with someone else LOL.
