Anyone have any tips on Dead Space impossible mode? That's the last trophy I need for my Plat (6th) and I'm going to start my run tonight.

The most important thing to do is upgrade your best weapon's damage to the max... I suggest the plasma cutter. Baddies take more hits than usual in Impossible mode, so every node filled on your weapon helps a TON... In addition, pack only one or two weapons, so you can make space carrying ammo and health kits. Sell the ammo that you don't need.

If you encounter more than two baddies in one room, prioritize. I always stasis the one closest to me, then the ones further back. Aim low and take out the legs of the first stasis'ed guy to keep him immobile. If you're close enough to frozen enemies, go ahead and whack them with the melee to save ammo. If not, just get used to running backwards and repeating the freeze/kill process.

Just anticipate when the enemies will appear from your last run through and you should be okay.

Thanks squeak. I'd kudo if I could. Can't wait to get this one over with lol. Good advice. I've played it through twice already so I'll be prepared for those baddies and use your advice.

Anyone up for getting the Madden Co-Op trophies with me tonight or tomorow morning? I think I figured out the problem, while my connection isn't the best it's still showing up as full strength in the lobby, so if someone else can host the game I can get through it.

It's the only logical explination I have because anytime I play an online vs game someone else is hosting it and I get through it fine. Spencer I know you said a few days ago you wanted to do them, let me know if you have some time.

Let me know I wanna knock this plat off my list and the only trophy I have left is completing a co-op game.

Congrats, KZ2 will be some work. I have a few left for Dead Space, including beating the game on the final difficulty.

I had a hard time playing that air ball game, I could never figure it out to get the Trophy for it.

I had a hard time playing that air ball game, I could never figure it out to get the Trophy for it.

Gears the basketball trophy actually can be pretty easy. instead of moving to all the different lit platforms (for score multipliers) just stay on the one just ahead of the one where you hit start and as the ball comes out just kenisis it and shoot into any "hoop". You'll get enough points for the trophy easily.

I think all you need is like 18 points each round. And you get that with out any issues. I averaged like 32 points per round. 7 rounds total. You'll also get alot of "gear" (no pun intended) in the lockers after you beat all the rounds.

Got my platinum for NFS: Shift at 2:22 AM this morning, with an endurance victory at the Nurburgring's Nordschliefe. I tried so many times that I have now memorized that entire course. Ka-chow!

Also, I made a trophy case thingy (as seen in my OS Arena)... I'll be glad to make one for anyone else upon request. Custom work too. Gives me something to do during office hours.
