Xbox Series X Ergonomic Controller options?

Looking for options, are there any Ergonomic Series X controllers on the market? Been using elite controllers for years, but looking for something better for my hands and thumbs.
Not concerned about price, just a great controller that might position things differently.

I suffered a wrist injury in March, and as im pretty well past that, I'm noticing other pains in my thumbs.

Not an avid gamer, but lets face it CFB and Madden are upon us, and I'd like to be as prepared as possible for the hours of gaming im anticipating.

I couldn't really find what I was looking for, knowing in advance that something wasn't going to exist in the first place.
So, I'm going to build my controller with readily available controller options.

I purchased the:
KontrolFreek FPS Freek Battle Royale Nightfall Performance Thumbsticks for Xbox One and Xbox Series X

They came from amazon overnight. Immediate game changer. I experienced no thumb pain.
Thus far highly recommended.
